24/7 Monitoring & Support

All four of our membership plans are month-to-month with no required contract or commitment. Tier one is the Essentials+ plan that offers in-demand 24/7 remote support. This support experience ensures someone is there for you any time, day or night, and within 60 minutes. 

Making It a Priority

The next tier offers priority service, enabling you to schedule same-day onsite support. Prioritized appointment scheduling means urgent issues will be taken care of when you call, even on weekends and evenings. 

As a member, we make you a priority, ensuring prompt service when you need it the most. If the issue can’t be resolved remotely, we’ll be in touch within an hour. You’ll also receive a discount should a tech need to travel to your home. 

A yearly tech review will ensure you’re updated and running as smoothly as possible. 

Taking a Proactive Stance

Whether talking about all-important security systems or seizing opportunities, taking a proactive stance ensures far fewer reactive responses. At this tier, you experience proactive system monitoring. 

This type of monitoring helps keep you up and running and online 24/7. By keeping an eye on your system and monitoring its health, we can often fix a glitch before you even know there is one. 

At this level, you receive two tech reviews each year.

In this project, we pre-wired, ensuring the foundation for fast and reliable connectivity, the backbone of a smart home. We pre-wired for four security cameras and four access points (APs), a hardwired device that produces Wi-Fi. By wiring for APs throughout the house, we ensured future-proof corner-to-corner coverage. We also pre-wired two TVs and prepared the home for fiber optics.
